  2. Register in Person
If you want to sit down with a Registry Staff, bring your completed sheet to the Registry from November 28th, and December 5, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. (If you are not registered in any courses, make sure your advisor signs the sheet)

Just a reminder that courses are already filling up. Make sure you register today to get the courses you want and need in the Winter Term.

If a course you are registering in is full, please put yourself on the waitlist. If you are waitlisted for a different section of the course you are registered in, you will be removed from the waitlist. If you have a conflict with another course you are already registered in, or if the waitlisted course will put you into a course overload, you will be removed from the waitlist. Waitlists will be resolved on January 2, 2012 by noon. After this point you can only register in a course if there is space in the course. Please note that professors are not able to give special permission to a specific student to register in a full course.

If you have made prior arrangements to complete course work (not exams) after the end of the term, your professor may award an "Incomplete". You have up to four weeks from the last day of classes to make up incomplete work (January 6, 2012). Incomplete agreement forms are available in the Registry.

Just a reminder you must write the exam at the time and day scheduled. If you miss an exam you need to contact the Registry immediately. Remember you will need documentation of the emergency.

Final grades will be released once all the grades are submitted, confirmed and academic standing is complete. This will be done by 5 pm on December 23. The best way to view your grades is through your Registry Web Services account.

Please note that if you have a hold on your account (outstanding fees, library fines or missing documents) then you will not be able to see your grades. Statement of Results will be available when you confirm your registration in January.

In person Registration Confirmation is January 3, 2012 and classes start on January 4. Returning students are expected to confirm and pay at this time or through online confirmation (see below). Students who are not able to confirm on January 3 need to do so in the Registry prior to attending class. Students who have not confirmed by January 10, 2012 will be removed from their courses to make room for other students. If you are planning to return on January 11 or 12, please notify the Registry in writing. Please note that the last day to confirm your registration is January 12, 2012.
