First, you may use our Registry Web-based Services.
Alumnus/ae should select the Alumni link. This requires your ID# to create an account. If you do not remember your student ID, email registrar@kingsu.ca with your birthdate and another piece of identifying information (e.g. SIN, postal code of your last home address) and we will create an account for you. From there you can submit an on-line request.
Current students (that is you attended during the current academic year OR have applied to graduate in the current academic year) should select Students link. If you have forgotten your PIN to access this system, there is a reset procedure on the login page.
Second, you can submit a request by completing a request form. Click the following link to download:

In Canada:
Contact the Ministry or Department of Education in the province you attended high school and request that a copy of your transcript be mailed directly to King's. Contact information for Canadian High School transcript offices as well as online requests for Alberta transcripts can be found at the following link:

Outside Canada:
Contact your high school or Ministry of Education and request that a copy of your transcript be mailed directly to The King's University.
Contact the post-secondary institution you attended and request that a copy of your transcript be mailed directly to The King's University.
Please note: To be considered official, transcripts must be sent to The King's University directly from the issuing institution.
To order a replacement degree parchment, submit an Application for Parchment Replacement, along with the $60.00 fee, to the Registry.
Parchments are printed twice a year, in January and May.
