A student may withdraw their application at different stages of the application process. Following proper procedure ensures the student appears in the progress of applications in the appropriate column.
Withdrawn before ready for decision: Mark the file ready for decision, File Status= Withdrawn; Admission Status= Withdrawn; Admission Decision= left blank; Admission Date= Left blank; Advisor= left blank
Withdrawn after an admission decision is made: File Status= Withdrawn; Admission Status= Withdrawn; Admission Decision= Blank out; Admission Date= update to date of withdraw; Advisor= Blank out; If the student has a scholarship, delete the scholarship.
