Confirmation of Registration

To enable on-line confirmation of registration, the following releases need to be in place:
- StuMenu.rel Needs to have CONFYYYY/YYT~ for the appropriate term added.
- KConfirm.rel Needs to have YYYY/YYT~ for the appropriate term in it.
The following HTML need to be in place:
- CUCTASKA.HTM
- CUCTASKB.HTM
- CUCTASKC.HTM
- CUCTASKD.HTM
