Resets (if Y) all statuses to OK, and then changes those in TRUBLST to DEAN
TRBL2COM.EXE acadyrterm
Inserts a transcript comment for acadyrterm based on DEAN in TRUBLST, referenced through COMMENTS
COMMENT CODE AUDIT.RPT
Verifies comment code insertion. Note that Filter must be changed for year and term.

Update ATHLETES.DBF
Run ACACTRUB YearTerm This does the following steps: Grab registrations in EAGL* from CRSTRANS, fill in SPORT (BBALL, VBALL, SOCCR) and TEAM (M W). Relate SESSIONS SESS0001 by year+session+crscode+space(2) Replace SPORT with substr(sessions->crsdesc, at(“MENS “,sessions->crsdesc)+5,1)+”BALL” Replace SPORT with “SOCCR” for sport=”SBALL” Replace TEAM with substr(sessions->crsdesc,8,1) Rebuild ATHLETES.NTX
Run ACACGPA.RPT
Update if new teams are added.
