Prospective Student Contact List
This is also known as "Hotlist Report". It is intended to produce a paper summary of prospective student records that match a criteria for admissions counsellors to take with them. With the advent of CrossRoad On The Road the demand for this report is significantly curtailed.
In the Prospective Students Window, choose File | Print | Hotlist Report. This will pop up a dialog asking you for a filter/export criteria to use. Please see Export Merge Data for details on creating these.
A report will then be produced which summarizes each prospective student record that matches the criteria. This will be in a print preview window.
