Year End Audit Report This should all now be in auditlst.bat. Parameter is year yyzz.

  • Merge GenStats.dbf files into AUDYYZZ.DBF
    Genstats (if for a relevant term) and GSYYZZT.DBF (YYZZ is academic year without century or slash; T is term) files. DBU is fine.
  • Total
    TotalOn AUDYYZZ idcent*1000000+studid audyyzzT CREDCRS,AUDCRS,NONCRED,CURCREDS,WITHDRAWN
  • Modify AUDYYZZT.DBF
    updstru audyyzzt ENTCODE N 5 0
    Fill in Entcode (audyyzzt.vew) – use HE to alter
  • Copy AUDYYZZT.DBF to AUD990T.DBF
  • Reindex AUD990T.dbf on IDCENT*1000000+STUDID to AUD990T.NTX
