PackRebuild.exe is a dialog based program that looks for tables with deleted records and permanently removes those. It also rebuilds every index. This deals with every current and archive table for CrossRoad, and all those involved in the Electronic Application System and CGI services.
The process can be made to run automatically if /A xx (where xx is the number of seconds to wait before processing) is added to the commandline for the program.
