For a student to withdraw their application:

Withdrawn before ready for decision:

Mark the file ready for decision,

File Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Decision= left blank;

Admission Date= Left blank;

Advisor= left blank


Withdrawn after an admission decision is made:

File Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Decision= Blank out;

Admission Date= update to date of withdraw;

Advisor= Blank out;

If the student has a scholarship, delete the scholarship.
