In order for us to withdraw your application we require official notification from you. This can be done in 1 of 2 ways:

1. You can log into your Apply Alberta Account [1] and put a Stop Application on your King’s application.

Admission Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Decision= left blank;

Admission Date= Left blank;

Advisor= left blank


Withdrawn after an admission decision is made:

File Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Status= Withdrawn;

Admission Decision= Blank out;

Admission Date= update to date of withdraw;

Advisor= Blank out;

If the student has a scholarship, delete the scholarship.

Student Never Officially Withdraws

A process runs after the add/drop deadline that marks all apps withdrawn
