Information is entered in Prospective Students whenever an inquiry is made or information is provided by another source. This allows your recruitment office to track anyone who has indicated an interest in attending (a prospect), even if they are unable to do so for a few years. Note that this procedure is for inquiries, not applications. When you receive an application, proceed directly to Applications without using the Liaison menu. (One of the Applications options is to retrieve information from Liaison where applicable, so information entered here is not lost.)
